  This is a lash builder and base coat that is vitamin enriched and conditions your lashes.
  
  It can be used under the blinc mascara (or any other mascara but obviously it works best with blinc) or one its own as a lash conditioner.
  
  Just like the blinc mascara and the blinc eyeliner it is removed with water and gentle pressure.
  
  Great for those not naturally endowed with J Lo's lashes.
