Dispatch

We dispatch only to the UK, including Channel Islands and Isle of Man, and our aim is to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt and credit card authorisation. If there is any issue regarding your order we will try to contact you within 24 hours excluding weekends. Our standard delivery service should deliver UK mainland orders in 3-5 working days.

Returns and Exchanges

We obviously hope you are happy with your purchases but, in the event that you are not, you may return any item for an exchange (if one is available) or refund.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt and for hygiene reasons we request that returned items are unopened and unused.  Please note you will not be refunded the cost of the return postage, only the full amount you originally paid.

To return a product back to us, please contact us at Customer Services via e-mail to customerservices@kiss-and-make-up.co.uk or you can call us on 0844 3571377 Monday to Friday 9.30-17.00, calls are 5p per minute. We recommend that you use Royal Mail Second Class (to keep the cost down) and obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office.

UK Standard: £2.75 (for orders under £25)
UK Standard:  FREE (for orders over £25)
UK Express: £6.75
