Contract Formation
Orders made are subject to acceptance and availability Kiss-and-Make-up may choose at any time to cancel your order. No contract will officially exist between yourself and Kiss-and-Make-up until your package has been dispatched.

Data Protection
Kiss-and-Make-up is compliant with the Data Protection Act and, accordingly, your details will not be passed on to any third party without prior consent.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions, which take effect on the date that you first use the site. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Regarding Products for Sale

Everything we sell is 100% genuine. It is customer's responsibility to check descriptions fully especially with regard to size, weight, measurement, volume and colour or shade. Please be aware that colours may vary in reality from what you see on your computer screen as individual monitors vary greatly.

'GWP'/Not for individual resale products 
Some items are 'GWP' (Gift with Purchase) which means they were originally part of a gift set but are being sold here individually. These items may have the words 'not for individual resale' on them or occasionally are marked as 'testers'. By buying you are confirming that you have read all item descriptions fully and understand and are, therefore, aware of this fact. We make every effort try to ensure these items are clearly described as such where this is the case so, again, please read the item description.

Privacy and Security of Payments/Purchases

All payments must be in pound sterling. Purchases from kiss-and-make-up.co.uk may be paid using credit or debit card are sent through secure servers via Paypal or Google Checkout so your information is secure. Kiss-and-Make-up does not hold any of your card details.

All credit/debit card purchases are subject to the normal validation checks and authorisation procedures adopted by your card issuer. Any refusal by the issuer of any payment card to authorise the payment to us, for any reason, will not render Kiss-and-Make-up liable for any delay or non-delivery. Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.

Dispatch

We dispatch only to the UK and our aim is to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt and credit card authorisation. If there is any issue regarding your order we will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours excluding weekends. Our standard delivery service should deliver UK mainland orders in 3-5 working days.
